In 1996 Michael Marks and Don Faybrick founded Perennial Software, Inc. after working on software applications for security companies for nearly a decade. Soon thereafter they began the development of SedonaOffice, which was formally introduced in January 2000 and has since become the #1 Financial Software for Security Companies with over 60 of the SDM100 companies as clients.
Throughout the sales process many small to mid-size companies were not quite ready to make the jump to SedonaOffice. Perennial Software saw a need in the market and AlarmBiller began to take shape in 2012. In January 2014 AlarmBiller, the #1 Billing Solution for Security Dealers was launched.
Today Perennial Software employs over 20 full-time employees and continues to provide all development and support services in-house. We pride ourselves on the quality of our team members. Today we are committed more than ever to provide the best-in-class software solutions for security companies.
